1. Request first
The website accepts ticket inquiries, not online payment. Tell us the event, quantity, desired location, and relevant requirements. A request does not hold inventory or guarantee a price.
2. Inventory verification
Before asking for payment, we review the available listing with the supplying party. The written offer identifies the ticket quantity and the most specific confirmed location available—such as exact seat, row, section, zone, suite, or general admission—and notes known restrictions.
We do not advertise speculative inventory as available. If inventory changes before confirmation, we may offer a different option for your approval or close the request without charge.
3. All-in pricing
The total ticket price in an offer includes mandatory charges we know and can calculate upfront. It is displayed more prominently than any optional breakdown. Government taxes, genuine shipping charges, or optional extras may be excluded from the first total where permitted, but their nature and amount will be shown before payment and added to the final payment amount.
Resale prices may be above or below face value and may change until the order is confirmed. The price printed on a ticket, when visible, is not necessarily the resale price.
4. Acceptance and payment
The written offer states how long it remains open. Your acceptance is subject to successful payment and final inventory confirmation. A receipt for a payment attempt is not an order confirmation. If a payment is captured but the order cannot be confirmed, we will void or refund it.
5. Ticket delivery
The order confirmation states the delivery method and expected timing. Mobile-transfer tickets may be released close to the event even when the order is confirmed earlier. You must keep the supplied email and phone active, check spam folders, install or access a required transfer app, and accept a transfer promptly.
For will-call or lead-booker delivery, the attendee may need matching government identification, the purchasing card, or the lead booker. Physical delivery requires an accurate address and may require a signature.
6. Seat groupings and substitutions
We disclose whether tickets are together. “Pairs” means each pair is together, not necessarily the entire quantity. We do not move an order to a materially worse section without your consent. If the exact confirmed ticket cannot be supplied, the available remedy may include an equal or better replacement accepted by you or a refund.
7. Event changes and admission
Organizers control dates, times, participants, lineups, venue policies, and admission. Check the official event and venue pages before travel. See the Refund & Ticket Guarantee for cancellations, denied admission, invalid tickets, or failed promised delivery.
8. Support
