1. Our approach
We aim to maintain clear headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, labeled form fields, and reduced-motion support.
2. Accessible ticket requests
Use the ticket-request notes to describe wheelchair locations, companion seats, transfer seats, aisle access, captioning, assistive listening, sensory needs, or another accommodation. We will confirm only the accessibility information supported by the available listing and venue. The venue controls on-site services and entry arrangements.
3. Alternate help
If a page or form is difficult to use, email [email protected] or call +1 321 429 8988. Tell us the page, the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and your preferred response format.
4. Feedback
We review specific accessibility reports and prioritize fixes that block ticket requests, policy access, or support contact. Third-party transfer apps and venue sites are controlled by their respective operators, but we will help identify an available alternative where we reasonably can.
