1. Scope and controller
CLG PRODUCTS, LLC controls the information collected directly through clgevents.site and related communications. A payment provider, ticket supplier, venue, or transfer platform may separately control information it collects under its own notice.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiry and contact data: name, email, phone, event, date, quantity, seat preference, budget, accessibility request, and message.
- Order data: written offers, acceptances, ticket details, delivery status, communications, refunds, and support records.
- Payment and identity data: billing details, payment status, and fraud-review signals supplied by a payment provider. This website does not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, request time, browser and device information, referring page, and server security logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer requests; verify inventory; prepare and administer offers and orders; deliver tickets; provide support; process refunds; prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate requests; maintain security and records; comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims.
Submitting a phone number allows us to contact you about that request or order. It is not consent to unrelated automated marketing texts.
4. When we disclose information
We may disclose only the information reasonably needed to hosting and communications providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, inventory suppliers, transfer platforms, venues or organizers when required for fulfilment, professional advisers, and government authorities where legally required. We may also transfer records in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale subject to appropriate protection.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
5. Retention
We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless they become part of an order or dispute. Order, tax, payment, and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer where law, a chargeback, or a legal hold requires it. Security logs are retained for shorter periods unless needed to investigate abuse.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted web transport, limited-purpose records, backups where appropriate, and service-provider controls designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; contact us promptly if you believe information associated with a request has been compromised.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, object to or restrict certain processing, or obtain a portable copy where applicable law provides that right. We may verify identity and retain data necessary for an order, legal obligation, security, or dispute. You may appeal a denied state privacy request by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal.”
We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. Authorized agents may submit a request where state law permits, subject to proof of authority and identity verification.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through this site. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.
9. Visitors outside the United States
Our operations and records are located in the United States. If you contact us from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, subject to applicable safeguards and rights.
