1. Current use
This site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. Core pages can be viewed without creating an account.
2. Strictly necessary technology
Our hosting, security, and form systems may process an IP address, request headers, timestamps, and short-lived technical identifiers needed to route traffic, prevent abuse, balance load, or maintain a secure session. These functions are necessary to provide the site and are not used to build advertising profiles.
3. Local preferences
If we add a preference such as language, display mode, or saved form progress, the browser may store that choice locally. We will update this notice and, where required, ask before using a non-essential technology.
4. Browser controls
You can block or delete browser cookies and site data through browser settings. Blocking necessary storage can affect forms, security checks, or page behavior. Because we do not currently use targeted-advertising cookies, there is no advertising-cookie opt-out required for the present site configuration.
5. Changes
If analytics, advertising, or additional third-party tools are introduced, this notice and any required consent control must be updated before those tools are activated.
